Obituary of Maryann P. Cabo

Maryann Cabo (nee Paoletti) of Egg Harbor Township, NJ, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, April 24, 2021. Born in Rome, NY, she was a New Jersey resident since 1962 and also lived in Europe with her late husband. Maryann was employed in Germany by Knight Benton of London, Eye Associates in Cherry Hill, NJ, and retired from Griffiss Air Force Base in Rome, NY and Gastroenterology Associates, Inc. in Voorhees, NJ. She was a member of St. Joseph Church, The Rosarian Society, Pastoral Council, Extraordinary Minister, Nursing Ministry, Shore Medical Center Volunteer, Gilda's Club South Jersey, Green Thumb Garden Club, Questers International Organization, Chapter #1148, and many Bridge and Mahjong clubs. Predeceased by her beloved husband, James N.; son, James J.; sisters, Angeline and Patricia; and parents, Claude and Ida. Survived by her daughter, Jodieann (Robert) Mairone; daughter-in-law, Colleen; beloved grandchildren, Allison, Bobby, Leah, Jimmy, Nicholas, and Sam; many nieces and nephews; and wonderful friends and neighbors. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Monday, May 3rd from 9:00-10:30 AM at Middleton-Stroble & Zale Funeral Home, 304 Shore Rd., Somers Point, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Church, Somers Point, NJ. Entombment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph Regional School, 11 Harbor Lane, Somers Point, NJ 08244.
